TIM FALLO

COACH

Coach Fallo is a teacher at Yorktown High School where he coaches lacrosse, basketball and volleyball. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2021, where he played four seasons on the menś lacrosse team. He was a two year starter/captain and earned first team all conference and honorable mention All American his senior year. Tim played his high school lacrosse at Lakeland/Panas where he was a 3 year starter, two time section champion, and one time all section player.

MATT MAKAR

COACH

Coach Makar is a teacher in the Lakeland Central School District where he coaches lacrosse and football. He graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2024 where he played lacrosse and earned a degree in Physical Education. Coach Makar played his high school lacrosse at Lakeland Panas were he was a 3 year starter and all section player.

PREDS CURRICULUM

· Fall, spring, and summer practices are held in Northern Westchester
· 2 professional paid coaches per team

Fall Curriculum
- 7 Sunday Morning hour and half Practices
- 14 Fall Skill Sessions
- 2 Tournaments

Winter (A La Carte Option)
- 12 weekday skill sessions
- 12 weekend skill sessions

Spring:
- 7 Sunday Morning Skill Sessions

Summer:
- 12 Total Hour and a Half Practices
- 4 Total Tournaments and 1 Play Day
